Good day! Today I have online meetings for about 4 hours... And before starting it, I want to share my yoga report :) I woke up pretty early... It was around 6am... Maybe because yesterday I went to sleep around 10 PM. I have never been so tired and sleepy as yesterday. It seems I need in a couple of days of doing nothing... I can't imagine keeping being active without my morning rituals. They really help a lot!
